    RBRemove provides an AI-powered background removal tool. Users can upload images, which are processed for the sole purpose of removing backgrounds. Images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

    3. User Obligations

    • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
    • You may not upload images that are illegal, offensive, infringe on intellectual property rights, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
    • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use and upload any images you submit.

    4. Intellectual Property

    • You retain all rights to the images you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.
    • By uploading images, you grant us a temporary license to process and store them solely for background removal and delivery of your results.
    • All software, branding, and content (excluding user uploads) are the intellectual property of RBRemove and may not be used without permission.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
    • RBRemove is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
